I remember way back when I was first learning to cook and believe me I had no idea!! I decided one day to make hamburgers so I threw the ground beef in a fry pan and cooked it up! Then I tried to make into patties!!!It was a good laugh!! I have come a long way since then...I went out and bought the "Joy Of Cooking" and never looked back. This recipe reminds me of my "dumb cook" days.
