white rice

tomato juice

How to Make Trudy's Porcupine Meatballs


  • 1Pour tomato juice into large saucepan and bring to a boil
  • 2Mix hamburger with the seasonings. Add enough rice so that you will have plenty in each meatball.
  • 3Form into meatballs and roll in flour
  • 4Drop into boiling tomato juice and them turn down and simmer for an hour.
  • 5The juice thickens with the flour and then you can use on top of the meatballs or on mashed potato's.
