    tomato juice

How to Make Trudy's Porcupine Meatballs


  1. Pour tomato juice into large saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Mix hamburger with the seasonings. Add enough rice so that you will have plenty in each meatball.
  3. Form into meatballs and roll in flour
  4. Drop into boiling tomato juice and them turn down and simmer for an hour.
  5. The juice thickens with the flour and then you can use on top of the meatballs or on mashed potato's.
