How to Make Trudy's Porcupine Meatballs
- Pour tomato juice into large saucepan and bring to a boil
- Mix hamburger with the seasonings. Add enough rice so that you will have plenty in each meatball.
- Form into meatballs and roll in flour
- Drop into boiling tomato juice and them turn down and simmer for an hour.
- The juice thickens with the flour and then you can use on top of the meatballs or on mashed potato's.
