Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 large potato
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves/ all spice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 - 9" double pie crust
How To Make tourtiere pie

Step 1Cook potato until done, mash. Place potato,pork,beef diced onions,spices and water in large frying pan. Brown mean and other ingrediants together. Simmer for 1 hour, stir occasionally.

Step 2Spoon fill into pie crust and spread evenly. Cover with top layer pie crust. Bake at 350 for 50 min.
