Ingredients
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes, drained and diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 - tortillas, corn, 6 inches
- 1 can chunky salsa
- 1.5 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 - tomato, chopped
- 1 - avocado, peeled and sliced

Step 1Brown meat; drain.

Step 2Stir in tomatoes, cumin and salt; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 3Cover bottom and sides of 12\" pizza pan with tortillas, overlapping attractively.

Step 4Spread with chunky salsa; top with meat mixture.

Step 5Bake at 350 oven 20 minutes.

Step 6Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 7Arrange lettuce, tomato and avacado over top.
