Ingredients
- 20 ounces bag frozen cheese tortellini unthawed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 15 ounces can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheese blend cheddar/monteraray jack
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish
How To Make tortellini and ground beef casserole

Step 1Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft and beef is no longer pink . Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Italian seasoning.

Step 2Stir in the tortellini, beef broth and bouillon. Add the undrained tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer and simmer until most of liquid is absorbed.

Step 3Stir in the cream cheese and the shredded cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve garnished with parsley
