How To Make toco meatloaf

mix all ingredients together, place in meat loaf pan or a 2" tall mound in baking pan. bake 30 min add more salsa on top of loaf and countinue to bake for 15-30 min

if the loaf seams a little to wet add more cruched chips. 1/2 c at a time.
