Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 is best but not required)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce ( any type)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 can mushrooms small can optional
How To Make tim's rock and roll meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients in large bowl. If mixture seems to wet add more bread crumbs, if to dry add more ketchup or BBQ sauce. put in loaf pans or 9x13 baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until done. When there is 20 minutes left to cook drizzle some ketchup or BBQ sauce on top and finish baking. Take out and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
