I make this once every two weeks, when I have no idea what to make. I always try to make extra so my uncle can have local moco for lunch the next day...

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 - salt and pepper
How To Make thursday night salisbury steaks...

Step 1In medium bowl mix 1/4 cup of the mushroom soup with the first 4 ingredients & add the seasons. Then shape into 6 patties.

Step 2Cook until brown on both sides, but make sure to fully cook. Pour off the extra fat from patties. Blend in the remaining soup with the water, cover pan & cook on low heat for 20 mins. Make sure to stir around to coat well.
