1 small can(s)diced tomatoes with green chilis

1 pkgchili seasoning (any one you like, mild or hot)

2 tspground cinnamon

2 Tbspmolasses

1 Tbspcocoa powder

1 Tbspinstant coffee powder

1-2 lbground beef (optional for vegetarian)

1 pkgtaco seasoning (optional for vegetarian)

1 can(s)bold sloppy joe sauce

2 large can(s)diced tomatoes, undrained

1 small can(s)mushrooms, undrained

1large onion, diced

1 tspworchestershire sauce
How to Make Throw it together Chili
- If using meat, brown ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning with a 1/2 cup water. Cook until meat is flavored through.
- Put meat in a large crock pot. Dump rest of ingredients in pot, stirring as you go. Turn it on high and cook for 4 hours or cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cheese, extra onions and sour cream.
- If not using meat, you can throw in diced zuccini, broccoli, cauliflower, or other kinds of beans to "meat" it up.
