Ingredients
- 1 large can red beans, undrained
- 1 small can white navy beans, undrained
- 1 small can corn, undrained
- 1 small can diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 package chili seasoning (any one you like, mild or hot)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
- 1-2 pound ground beef (optional for vegetarian)
- 1 package taco seasoning (optional for vegetarian)
- 1 can bold sloppy joe sauce
- 2 large cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 small can mushrooms, undrained
- 1 - large onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
How To Make throw it together chili

Step 1If using meat, brown ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning with a 1/2 cup water. Cook until meat is flavored through.

Step 2Put meat in a large crock pot. Dump rest of ingredients in pot, stirring as you go. Turn it on high and cook for 4 hours or cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cheese, extra onions and sour cream.

Step 3If not using meat, you can throw in diced zuccini, broccoli, cauliflower, or other kinds of beans to "meat" it up.
