1 large canred beans, undrained

1 small canwhite navy beans, undrained

1 small cancorn, undrained

1 small candiced tomatoes with green chilis

1 pkgchili seasoning (any one you like, mild or hot)

2 tspground cinnamon

2 Tbspmolasses
-
1 Tbspcocoa powder
-
1 Tbspinstant coffee powder
-
1-2 lbground beef (optional for vegetarian)

1 pkgtaco seasoning (optional for vegetarian)

1 canbold sloppy joe sauce

2 large candiced tomatoes, undrained

1 small canmushrooms, undrained

1large onion, diced
-
1 tspworchestershire sauce
How To Make throw it together chili

1If using meat, brown ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning with a 1/2 cup water. Cook until meat is flavored through.

2Put meat in a large crock pot. Dump rest of ingredients in pot, stirring as you go. Turn it on high and cook for 4 hours or cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cheese, extra onions and sour cream.

3If not using meat, you can throw in diced zuccini, broccoli, cauliflower, or other kinds of beans to "meat" it up.
