Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fine italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon each paprika & black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- fresh basil for garnish
How To Make three cheese meatloaf mini tarts

Step 1Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, paprika, and salt and pepper together in a bowl. Mix the eggs and milk together then mix it into the ground beef mixture.

Step 2Mix in the Mozzerella and Swiss cheese. Press equal amounts into the mini tart pans.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees.l Bake for 10 minutes then add the Parmesan cheese to the top of the meatloaf tarts and bake another 10 minutes.

Step 4garnish with fresh basil
