those chili dogs

My 17 year old twin boys are away at school and live in the dorm. One of their friends has an apartment off campus,on the weekends my boys go over and cook for friends. My son called me this morning and asked me how to make "those chili dogs you used to make" I had to think about it,it's been awhile since I made them. I'd like to share the recipe here,they're simple but really good.

Ingredients
- - 1 lb ground beef
- - 2 small onions,minced
- - 2 cloves garlic,minced
- - crushed red pepper
- - 1 beef bouillon cube
- - large can tomato sauce
- - salt and pepper,to taste
- - 1 pkg all beef wieners
- - yellow mustard
- - 1 pkg hot dog buns
How To Make those chili dogs

Step 1Brown ground beef,just before completely brown,add 1 onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Add bouillon cube to 2 cups hot water stir until dissolved. Add 1 c of this broth, tomato sauce,crushed red pepper,salt and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens. Place wieners in a skillet with 1 c remaining beef broth,cook on high until broth evaporates, lightly brown wieners in hot skillet. add mustard to the buns,add wiener,sauce,top with onions.
