Ingredients

  • ·
    1 pound ground beef of your choice
  • ·
    1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • ·
    1/3 cup bread crumbs ( unseasoned is best)
  • ·
    1 lrg. egg
  • ·
    4 tablespoons a1-steak sauce (or favortie steak sauce)
  • ·
    black pepper to desired taste
  • ·
    do not use any salt until taste tested ... onion soup makes up for the salt
  • ·
    note: you can add a cube of your favorite cheese when forming patty ... make sure cheese is completely covered with meat

How to Make Thick Juicy Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. In medium size bowl mix all ingredients together. Form 5 patties. Grill or fry to desired doneness.

    Variation: These burgers are good with a brown gravy made from pan drippings ...serve with mashed potatoes.
