I first had this chili served Cincinnati style (over spaghetti covered with shredded cheddar cheese), but it is good all by itself.

Ingredients For thick and chunky chili

1 lbground beef

1onion, chopped

1 cantomato sauce
-
2 cantomatoes, canned italian-style and diced

1 cantomato paste

1 tspsalt
-
4 cankidney beans
-
2 tspchili powder (add more if you like it hot)

1 pkgspaghetti (optional)

1 pkgshredder cheddar cheese (optional)
How To Make thick and chunky chili

1Brown meat in skillet, drain.

2Chop onion, add to meat, continue to brown.

3Add tomato sauce, simmer 5 minutes.

4In a large pot, add beans, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, salt, and chili powder. Boil for 5 minutes.

5Add ingredients from skillet to pot.

6Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or more.

7Stir occasionally.

8Serve over spaghetti and top with cheese (optional)
