Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - 120z cans creamed corn
- 4 lg. - potatoes, mashed
How To Make the whole enchilada

Step 1Brown gronnd beef, and drain. Set aside

Step 2Slice, boil, drain and mash potatoes.

Step 3In a cassarole dish, layer ground beef, creamed corn, and mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
