My son was begging me to come up with an awesome burger. He loves burgers, we don't eat fast food and I hate the expense of going out. So, here it is: the best doggon' burger ever! This one pleased EVERYONE in the house.

Want a burger with a kick of spice? Look no further than these burgers. They're juicy, cheesy, and smoky from the BBQ sauce and bacon. Buffalo sauce gives the meat a unique taste. No extra condiments are needed for this burger. It's perfect with Melissa's suggestions. Make sure to have napkins handy because things will get messy.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 80/20
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound bacon, cooked
- 6 - cheddar cheese slices
- 6 - pepper jack cheese slices
- - lettuce leafs
- - sliced tomato
- 6 - hamburger buns
- 6 tablespoons bbq sauce

Step 1In a bowl mix the beef, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and pepper thoroughly.

Step 2Divide into 6 portions and form patties. Cook them on the Foreman, bbq them, grill them... just cook those burgers up however you like!

Step 3Top them with the cheddar cheese while hot.

Step 4Split each bun and place the burger patty on the bottom part of bun. Cover with about a tablespoon of BBQ sauce (it should run over, the messier the better).

Step 5Then top with a few slices of the bacon.

Step 6Then add a slice of pepper jack over the bacon. Place in the oven for 1 minute on broil; just long enough to melt the cheese.

Step 7Top each with a slice of lettuce, tomato, and onion and 2nd half of the bun. Enjoy!
