lean ground beef
1/2 tsp
sea salt
onion, diced
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1-1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
3/4 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash(es)
frank's red hot pepper sauce
1-1/2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/3 c
1% milk
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c
italian-style bread crumbs

How to Make The perfect spicy meatballs


  • 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, combine beef, sea salt, onion, garlic salt, italian seasoning, oregano, pepper flakes, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Mix well w/ hands.
  • 3Add in milk, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mix well. Form into 1-1/2" meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.
