Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 - onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 dash frank's red hot pepper sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup italian-style bread crumbs
How To Make the perfect spicy meatballs

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine beef, sea salt, onion, garlic salt, italian seasoning, oregano, pepper flakes, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Mix well w/ hands.

Step 3Add in milk, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mix well. Form into 1-1/2" meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.
