I made this version of one ofmy favorite burgers from our local restraunt here in Gustavus. It is very yummy and very rich tasting.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef ( hamburger)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    mustard powder (ground)
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1
    egg beaten*

How to Make The "Naughty" Burger

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 1/4 pound patties.
  2. Grill to desired likeness ( doneness).
  3. Top with all the regular burger fixin's
  4. * only use if needed to hold burger mixture together*
