the "naughty" burger

I made this version of one ofmy favorite burgers from our local restraunt here in Gustavus. It is very yummy and very rich tasting.

Ingredients For the "naughty" burger

  • 1 lb
    ground beef ( hamburger)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    mustard powder (ground)
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1
    egg beaten*

How To Make the "naughty" burger

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and form into 1/4 pound patties.

    Grill to desired likeness ( doneness).

    Top with all the regular burger fixin's
  • 4
    * only use if needed to hold burger mixture together*
