western or french dressing

How to Make The Grinder

Step-by-Step

  • 1Make 4 oblong (so they fit on the hoagie's) hamburger patties and grill them!
  • 2Assemble the sandwiches on a cookie sheet or broiler pan. Start by spreading the western dressing on the hoagie buns.
  • 3Assemble the sandwiches as follows: burger, ham, tomato, onion, cheese.
  • 4Broil on the top rack until the cheese is melted, but keep an eye on it so the bread doesn't burn!
