Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 - hoagie buns
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 - onion slices
  • - western or french dressing

How To Make the grinder

  • Step 1
    Make 4 oblong (so they fit on the hoagie's) hamburger patties and grill them!
  • Step 2
    Assemble the sandwiches on a cookie sheet or broiler pan. Start by spreading the western dressing on the hoagie buns.
  • Step 3
    Assemble the sandwiches as follows: burger, ham, tomato, onion, cheese.
  • Step 4
    Broil on the top rack until the cheese is melted, but keep an eye on it so the bread doesn't burn!
