Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 gallon ground ginger
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 12 ounces beer
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3-4 pounds beef brisket
- 15 small red potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds baby carrots
How To Make the brisket recipe

Step 1Preheat oven to 325

Step 2Place brisket fat side up in large baking pan.

Step 3Place potatoes and carrots around brisket.

Step 4Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the brisket.

Step 5Cover and bake 3 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Check for tenderness. Return to oven until tender. Slice and serve.
