"The Best" Meatballs

1 pkg6 oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken

1 1/4 cwater

How to Make "The Best" Meatballs
- LINE 2 (15x10x1-inch) pans with foil; spray with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients until blended; shape into 32 (1-1/2-inch) balls, using 1/4 cup for each. - PLACE 16 meatballs in each prepared pan. 400 degree, Preheated oven. Bake 16 to 18 min. or until done (160ºF).
- COMBINE 16 meatballs with Tomato-Basil Cream Sauce or Creamy Brown Gravy. Cool remaining meatballs; or freeze up to 3 months for later use.
If preparing both sauces use 16 meatballs in each. - Tomato - Basil Cream Sauce:
Add directly to skillet
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce, 2 oz. cubed Philadelphia cream cheese, 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil. Heat through. - Creamy Brown Gravy:
Add directly to skillet
1 Jar(12 oz.)Beef gravy, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley. Heat through. - Add 16 Meatballs to each sauce stir to coat
Each sauce serves 4 people.
Serve over hot prepared fettucini noodels
