- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 package green onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 package saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon slap your moma seasoning, mixture of garlic, black pepper, cayenne, sea salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together and stir with a fork except for the milk and egg.

Step 2Mix the milk and egg together and pour over meat mixture.

Step 3Form meat mixture into hamburger patties and grill until done, and top with Tillamook cheese slices. Serve with butter toasted Kaiser buns, and enjoy!
