Super simple, super easy! Makes a delicious dinner...great with mashed red potatoes and fresh steamed green beans. I mix cornstarch with crock pot juices after removing the roast to make a pan gravy. Then I shred the leftovers and mix with gravy--makes FABULOUS bbq-like sandwiches the next day!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds beef roast
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

How To Make that's it? roast

  • Step 1
    Place beef roast, fat side up, in crock pot. Spread cranberry sauce on top of roast. Sprinkle soup mix over roast.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low heat for 8 - 10 hrs.
