Super simple, super easy! Makes a delicious dinner...great with mashed red potatoes and fresh steamed green beans. I mix cornstarch with crock pot juices after removing the roast to make a pan gravy. Then I shred the leftovers and mix with gravy--makes FABULOUS bbq-like sandwiches the next day!

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds beef roast
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 package dry onion soup mix

Step 1Place beef roast, fat side up, in crock pot. Spread cranberry sauce on top of roast. Sprinkle soup mix over roast.

Step 2Cook on low heat for 8 - 10 hrs.
