This steak is very tender and flavorful. I think next time I will cut the green onions up and then put them over the steak.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank stead cut across the grain into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 bunches scallions
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How To Make thai style marinated flank steak

  • Step 1
    Trim and chop up one bunch of scallions. place in a bowl. Add the fish sauce and olive oil. Add the steaks and let marinate 6 hours.
  • Step 2
    Trim the other bunch of scallions and set aside. Brush a pan with oil and get it hot. Sear the steaks about 5 minutes each side. Remove and let rest 10 minutes. Add the scallions and cook 3 minutes. Serve the steak with the scallions.
