Ingredients
- 1 cup thinly sliced leek white and light green parts only
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- - juice and zest of 1 small lime
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- - romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- - sweet chili sauce to drizzle on top
How To Make thai ground beef lettuce wraps

Step 1Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray. Add the leek and cook for 5 minutes than add the garlic and saute 1 minute. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Step 2Stir in the curry paste, tomato sauce and tomato paste cook 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk, lime juice and zest, brown sugar, and fish sauce. Cook until thickened.

Step 3Serve on lettuce leaves with sprinkled with cilantro and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
