We were trying to clean out the pantry and I came up with this recipe. My family reallly enjoyed it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 slices velveeta easy melt cheese
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 - garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 2 cups cooked rice
How To Make texas skillet

Step 1In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Lower the heat medium low.

Step 2Add the tomatoes. Break them into small pieces with a wooden spoon.

Step 3Add the corn, rice and ranch style beans. Don't drain the beans

Step 4Add cilantro, cumin, garlic powder and parsley.

Step 5Stir to mix well. Cook stirring often until heated through.

Step 6When the mixture is hot tear the cheese slices into pieces and add to skillet.

Step 7Stir until the cheese melts and is mixed through.

Step 8Serve immediately.

Step 9I served it with tortilla chips.
