Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
How To Make texas hash

Step 1In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onions and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain well.

Step 2Stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and pepper. Heat thoroughly.

Step 3Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
