Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 slices muenster cheese
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups taco blend shredded cheese
- chopped parsley for garnish
How To Make texas cowboy pie

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Drain. Mix in the salsa, corn, and sour cream. Place the mixture in bottom of pie plate

Step 2Top the meat mixture with the 6 slices of Muenster cheese. Add the mashed potatoes then top with the taco blend cheese.

Step 3Bake for about 30 minutes. Top with parsley for garnish.
