Texas Cheese steak Sandwich

Lynn Socko

Everyone loves cheesesteaks, and there are many options and many ways of making them. Well this is one I had been thinking of doing for a while, and my family just loved it, so it's a keeper and going to be going onto our table quite often.

How to Make Texas Cheese steak Sandwich

  • 1You will want your steak slice paper thin if possible. Also slice pepper and onions. Drizzle with a little olive oil and cook until onions are tender.
  • 2Season beef with favorite seasonings, I use granulated garlic and black pepper. If cooking in a skillet remove cooked veggies and cook meat. If using a grill or griddle, move veggies to one side and place meat on and cook to doneness you prefer.
  • 3Mix veggies and meat together and place on toasted bun with cheese. Enjoy this simple but delicious "burger".
