This is my oldest son's very favorite dish. One of those quick easy main dishes that just requires a salad and salsa to complete the meal.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 9 ounces corn tortilla chips
How To Make tex-mex

Step 1Place tortilla chips into a well greased 9 X 13 baking dish.

Step 2Brown ground beef, drain well. Add soups, sauce, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chips. Top with cheese and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and Tex Mex is bubbly.
