Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 cans (15 oz.) chili beans
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chili powder, hot
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cans corn (drained)
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- - sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese for serving.
How To Make tex-mex chili

Step 1Brown meat, drain if greasy. Add to crock pot with all remaining ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and shredded cheese.

Step 2Cook on LOW 5-6 hours (or HIGH 3/4 hours) Stir just before serving.

Step 3Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
