This will absolutely become your favorite chili.....I even serve leftovers with tortilla chips and my family goes crazy over it. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
2 can(s)
(15 oz.) chili beans
2 c
salsa
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 c
ketchup
2 Tbsp
chili powder, hot
1 medium
onion, diced
2 can(s)
corn (drained)
2 clove
garlic, diced
sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese for serving.

How to Make Tex-Mex Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown meat, drain if greasy. Add to crock pot with all remaining ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and shredded cheese.
  • 2Cook on LOW 5-6 hours (or HIGH 3/4 hours) Stir just before serving.
  • 3Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
