Ingredients
- 1 can - refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 or 8 large anaheim chilies
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup salsa hot
- 2 cups nacho chips crushed
How To Make tex mex casserole

Step 1Spray a 8x8 cassarole dish, spread beans in bottom, add 1/2 cup cheese. Layer chilies on top. Brown beef until no longer pink, add salsa and spread on top of chilies, Add anoter cup of cheddar, and sprinkle with crushed Nacho chips. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until hot through.
