This recipe was given to me by a dear friend who recently passed away. He made this up while he was in college . We used to go visit and he would feed us. I used his phone alot while I was there and he used to tease me about it. He is in heaven now and I wish I could call him!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    armour roast beef in a can
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy mix
  • ·
    water, as needed
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    cooked noodles
  • ·
    or cooked rice

How to Make Terry's Quick Beef Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. In a skillet pour the water( the amount listed to use on the back of the gravy mix)
  2. Add the gravy mix and stir- Add the roast beef( whole can) You may have to break the meat up into smaller pieces.
  3. Stir well- add the sour cream and salt & pepper to taste.Let this cook about 20 minutes on medium heat. Cook the noodles or rice. Drain Noodles . Serve meat mixture or noodles or rice!
