This is a favorite of my moms. She used to bring these to her famous picnic lunches to the beach. People would wait for an invitation to one of her famous picnic lunches!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons accent
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 2 - red onions cut into chunks
- 1 can pineapple chunks or 1 fresh pineapple cut into chunks.
- 1 - yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 - green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 - zuchinni, cut into chunks
How To Make terriyaki beef and lamb

Step 1Mix all ingredients except vegetables. Refridgerate over night.

Step 2Make shish kabobs. Alternate vegetables and stew meat onto a skewer. If using wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes.

Step 3Grill shish ka bobs 3 mintes per side. or until desired doneness.
