Ingredients
- - 1 lb. tender beef steak, cut into 20 bite size pieces
- - 1 can (#2) pineapple chunks, drained
- - 1/2 cup pineapple syrup from can
- - 1/4 cup soy sauce
- - 1 clove garlic, mashed
- - 1/2 t. pepper
- - 20 squares green pepper
- - 3 t. oil
How To Make teriyakis

Step 1Beef should be about 3/4" square. Mix pineapple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and ginger (1/2 t.), and spread over steak cubes. Set aside for an hour or so to let flavors blend.

Step 2String up beef, green pepper and pineapple chunk on small skewers or toothpicks. Heat oil in skillet set at 300. Brown skewers, turning as needed. Serve hot. Makes 20 skewers. Source: My Old Recipes
