1 lb. tender beef steak, cut into 20 bite size pieces
1 can (#2) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup pineapple syrup from can
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 t. pepper
20 squares green pepper
3 t. oil

How to Make Teriyakis


  • 1Beef should be about 3/4" square. Mix pineapple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and ginger (1/2 t.), and spread over steak cubes. Set aside for an hour or so to let flavors blend.
  • 2String up beef, green pepper and pineapple chunk on small skewers or toothpicks. Heat oil in skillet set at 300. Brown skewers, turning as needed. Serve hot. Makes 20 skewers.
