Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely grated
  • 2 - garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3 teaspoons orange peel, grated
  • 1/4 cup burgundy wine
  • 2 - t-bone steaks

How To Make teriyaki steak

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except steak in a gallon size zipper bag.
  • Step 2
    DO NOT use regular soy sauce or the marinade will be too salty.
  • Step 3
    Add steaks to bag and seal.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Step 5
    Grill or broil.
  • Step 6
    Serve with remaining burgundy.
