olive oil
2/3 c
soy sauce, low sodium
2 Tbsp
ginger, finely grated
garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 tsp
orange peel, grated
1/4 c
burgundy wine
t-bone steaks

How to Make Teriyaki Steak


  • 1Mix all ingredients except steak in a gallon size zipper bag.
  • 2DO NOT use regular soy sauce or the marinade will be too salty.
  • 3Add steaks to bag and seal.
  • 4Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 5Grill or broil.
  • 6Serve with remaining burgundy.
