Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons ginger, finely grated
- 2 - garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons orange peel, grated
- 1/4 cup burgundy wine
- 2 - t-bone steaks
How To Make teriyaki steak

Step 1Mix all ingredients except steak in a gallon size zipper bag.

Step 2DO NOT use regular soy sauce or the marinade will be too salty.

Step 3Add steaks to bag and seal.

Step 4Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 5Grill or broil.

Step 6Serve with remaining burgundy.
