Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 pounds flank steak, cut into strips
- 32 - wooden skewers, soaked in water
How To Make teriyaki steak strips

Step 1In a lg resealable bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hrs. Discard marinade.

Step 2Heat oven to broil. Thread steak onto skewers. Place skewers onto a broiler rack. Broil 4 mins on each side.
