Tator Tot Casserole
1 1/2 lbground beef
1/4 cminced onion
1 pkg16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg32 oz frozen tator tots
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s)of milk (using the soup can to measure)
·salt and pepper
How to Make Tator Tot Casserole
- Brown the beef with the onions in a skillet. Season the meat with the salt and pepper. Drain the excess grease from the browned beef. Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
- Layer the frozen vegetables on top of the beef. Next layer the cheddar cheese. Then add the whole package of Tator tots, lining them up in rows so they all fit.
- Whisk the soup and milk together in a bowl (I pour the milk into the soup can to measure). Pour the soup mixture over the top of the Tator tots.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 55 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
