I tweeked a tater tot casserole recipe to fit my picky family; and they absolutely love it.

I love to eat it with Ketchup on top. Yummy!

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 lg/2sm can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
onions diced
bag of frozen tator tots
1/2 c
bag of frozen corn
16 oz
shredded mozzerella cheese

How to Make Tater Tot Casserole


  • 1Cook the tater tots as directed on the bag.
  • 2Brown the hamburger and onions together. Drain.
    While the hamburger is browning also cook the corn as directed.
  • 3Mix the hamburger and onion with soup and milk. When the hamburger and soup are mixed well add the drained corn
  • 4When the tots are cooked, place them in the bottom of a greased 9X13 pan. Pour hamburger mixture on top of the tots. Cover with cheese. Place back into the warm oven until the cheese has melted.
