Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix (optional)
1 package tator tots
1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make tater tot casserole

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

brown 2lbs ground beef, add onion soup mix to flavor, and drain
Step 3

evenly spread ground beef and onion soup mix mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan
Step 4

spread the cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) evenly over beef mixture
Step 5

line up tater tots on top to make a kind of crust
Step 6

bake at 350 for 30 minutes pull out and top with sharp cheddar cheese, bake an additional 5 minutes then serve
