Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 can milk (use the soup can)
- 1 bag extra-crispy tater tots
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
How To Make tater tot casserole

Step 1In a large skillet add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and drain well.

Step 2Add soup and milk to empty pan and mix well. Over medium heat let the soup begin to bubble. Add the ground beef and the drained corn and mix well.

Step 3In a 13x9-inch casserole dish, carefully add half the bag of tater tots and spread evenly in the dish. Carefully add the soup/beef mix and spread out evenly over tater tots. Top with remaining tater tots. Cover with foil tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and turn oven up to 400 degrees and brown tots for 15 minutes or to your desired likeness. Let sit for 5 minutes after removing from oven. It is HOT!!!
