My dear friend made this a lot when we were housemates. Its really yummy and really simple to make! Perfect for a hearty, but quick week night meal!

ground beef
1 pkg
(32 oz.) frozen tater tots
3 can(s)
mushroom soup
1 pkg
(12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Tater Tot Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain off excess grease.
  • 2Mix ground beef with three cans of mushroom soup and spread in the bottom of a glass casserole or baking dish.
  • 3Place tater tots on top of soup. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until desired tots reach desired crispness.
  • 4Add cheese to top. Bake, uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
