We used to have this at home growing up. I've made a few additions to the original recipe, but it still always reminds me of home.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2-3 - celery stalks, chopped
- dash salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small can of corn
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 package tater tots
How To Make tater tot casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Brown ground beef, chopped onions, and chopped celery. Salt and pepper to taste. When browned, drain and put into 13 x 9 pan.

Step 3Spread soup on top of beef mixture. Layer with corn and cheese. Cover with tater tots. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
