Tater Tot Casserole
1bag frozen tater tots
1 lbground beef, browned and drained
1 lbbag frozen mixed veggies, cooked halfway according to directions
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1envelope onion soup mix
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How to Make Tater Tot Casserole
- In buttered 9x13 Pyrex dish, spread 1/2 of the frozen tater tots. Top with the cooked ground beef. Spread half-cooked veggies on top of beef.
- In small saucepan, mix soups and milk. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Pour over top of veggies.
- Top sauce with cheese, then sprinkle on remaining tater tots. Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins. Place under broiler for 3-5 mins before serving for extra crispy tots.
