I'm not sure where I got this recipe. But it is super easy and my house of very picky meat & potato eaters really enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 package tater tots
1 - onion, chopped

How To Make tater tot casserole

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400.

Step 2

Brown the ground beef & onion together in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3

Pour the tater tots into a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Step 4

Add the soup & milk to the ground beef.
Step 5

Pour the ground beef/soup mixture over the tater tots, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
Step 6

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
