I welcome a slow cooker meal anytime, especially when it's 90 some degrees outside. I threw this tasty dish together for my husband to take to work with him. I made individual containers with potatoes on the bottom and a steak on top. He called earlier and has already requested I make it again. That always makes me happy! I hope you try it sometime. I think it would be great with other meats as well. Enjoy!

Salt and pepper steaks. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown steaks in olive oil. In a bowl, mix soup, broth, herb seasoning, salt & pepper, garlic, and mustard. Toss in potatoes and onion, coat with mixture. Place potato mixture into a 5 quart slow cooker.
