My kids fav.! I think it was orig. a Paula Dean Recipe but Im not sure. It is the only way I make it and this household LOVES it!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - egg lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
How To Make tangy southern meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix together the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce

Step 3Form this mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow pan

Step 4Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire

Step 5Pour this sauce over the meatloaf

Step 6Bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the pan juices.
