This recipe was husband approved! I wanted to make something different, I didn't have a lot of ingredients and he loves A1 sauce, so I came up with this simple recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as he did.

Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS
  • 11/2 pounds beef
  • 1/2 cup bread cut up in tiny pices or breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash parsley flakes
  • dash garlic salt
  • dash minced onion
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 or les bottle ketchup
  • 1/4 or 1/8 cup a.1 steak sauce
  • 1/2 or 1 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1/2 or 1 teaspoons mustard

How To Make tangy meatballs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325
  • Step 2
    mix ingredients for meatballs in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    roll into small balls (keeping them roughly the same size)
  • Step 4
    place in a non greased glass pan and put in the oven for 50 to 55 min.
  • Step 5
    In a large mixing bowl mix all the sauce ingredients. (you may have to adjust the amount depending on how many meatballs you made)
  • Step 6
    Heat the sauce in a medium size sauce pan....bring to boil.
  • Step 7
    when meatballs are finished top with sauce and serve while hot
