This recipe was husband approved! I wanted to make something different, I didn't have a lot of ingredients and he loves A1 sauce, so I came up with this simple recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as he did.

  • 11/2 lb
  • 1/2 c
    bread cut up in tiny pices or breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • dash(es)
    parsley flakes
  • dash(es)
    garlic salt
  • dash(es)
    minced onion

  • 1/2 or les bottle
  • 1/4 or 1/8 c
    a.1 steak sauce
  • 1/2 or 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 or 1 tsp

How to Make Tangy Meatballs


  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. mix ingredients for meatballs in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. roll into small balls (keeping them roughly the same size)
  4. place in a non greased glass pan and put in the oven for 50 to 55 min.
  5. In a large mixing bowl mix all the sauce ingredients.
    (you may have to adjust the amount depending on how many meatballs you made)
  6. Heat the sauce in a medium size sauce pan....bring to boil.
  7. when meatballs are finished top with sauce and serve while hot
