This recipe was husband approved! I wanted to make something different, I didn't have a lot of ingredients and he loves A1 sauce, so I came up with this simple recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as he did.

MEATBALLS

11/2 lb
beef
1/2 c
bread cut up in tiny pices or breadcrumbs
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1/4 c
milk
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
dash(es)
parsley flakes
dash(es)
garlic salt
dash(es)
minced onion

SAUCE

1/2 or les bottle
ketchup
1/4 or 1/8 c
a.1 steak sauce
1/2 or 1 Tbsp
garlic salt
1/2 or 1 tsp
mustard

How to Make Tangy Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 325
  • 2mix ingredients for meatballs in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • 3roll into small balls (keeping them roughly the same size)
  • 4place in a non greased glass pan and put in the oven for 50 to 55 min.
  • 5In a large mixing bowl mix all the sauce ingredients.
    (you may have to adjust the amount depending on how many meatballs you made)
  • 6Heat the sauce in a medium size sauce pan....bring to boil.
  • 7when meatballs are finished top with sauce and serve while hot
