Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- SAUCE
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring (i use 1/2 tsp)
How To Make tangy meat balls

Step 1Mix together first seven ingredients well. Shape into meat balls, (I use a ice cream scoop)place in two 9 x 13 x 2 baking pans. Bake uncovered at 375* for 30 min. Remove from oven and drain.

Step 2In a sauce pan bring all sauce ingredients to a boil. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
