lean ground beef

eggs
1 can(s)
(12 oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp
salt
1 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
ground pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

SAUCE

2 c
ketchup
1-1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring (i use 1/2 tsp)

How to Make Tangy Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together first seven ingredients well. Shape into meat balls, (I use a ice cream scoop)place in two 9 x 13 x 2 baking pans. Bake uncovered at 375* for 30 min. Remove from oven and drain.
  • 2In a sauce pan bring all sauce ingredients to a boil. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
