    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3-4 lb
    boneless chuck roast, trimmed
  • 14-18
    hamburger buns

How to Make Tangy Barbecue Sandwiches


  1. In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients; mix well.
  2. Add roast.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours or until tender.
  4. Remove roast; cool.
  5. Shred meat and return to sauce; heat through.
  6. Use a slotted spoon to serve over split hamburger buns.
