This Meat Loaf came from my Grandma's church cookbook. My Mom made this all the time as I grew up. Now I'm making it for my family. This is one dinner that my husband and all three boys love. There is never any leftovers with this meal!

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
    ritz cracker crumbs (approx. 10 crackers)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp

  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Tangy and Sweet Meat Loaf


  1. Mix ingredients and form into a loaf. Top with sauce and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  2. Tip: I usually double the recipe for the "SAUCE". That way there is plenty to spread on the meat loaf and some extra for the kids to use as dip!
