This Meat Loaf came from my Grandma's church cookbook. My Mom made this all the time as I grew up. Now I'm making it for my family. This is one dinner that my husband and all three boys love. There is never any leftovers with this meal!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs (approx. 10 crackers)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Step 1Mix ingredients and form into a loaf. Top with sauce and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Step 2Tip: I usually double the recipe for the "SAUCE". That way there is plenty to spread on the meat loaf and some extra for the kids to use as dip!
